Ingredients
- 12 cupcakes made using basic cupcake mixture
- 1 x basic buttercream recipe
- 6 Flake “99”®
- Large piping bag fitted with star piping tube
Method
- Have your cupcakes ready.
- Fill the piping bag with the buttercream and pipe a swirl on the top of each cake.
- Cut the chocolate bars in half and stick one piece into the buttercream on the individual cakes.
