1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup tomato sauce
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp corn flour
Method:
Mix all the above in a small pan and cook for about ½ an hour on a low heat and the consistency becomes slightly thick. You may add a few chunky onions and peppers to the sauce.
